This form is intended for speakers only, for upload of their in-person presentation.

The deadline for in-person PowerPoint or Keynote presentation uploads is December 1, 2024

You must name your files starting with DAY-TIME-Surname- followed by the name of your talk.

For example:

• FRI-1100-Hafezi-Cross-linking at the slit lamp_EmilioTorres.pptx
• SAT-1543-Randleman-Brillouin Microscopy results.key

PowerPoint and Keynote files are acceptable. If you are using unusual fonts, please also supply them so that the presentations render correctly on the Macbook Pro used to give the presentations.
