Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations will be subject to a 20% administration cancellation fee.
  • The deadline for cancellations is September 19, 2025. No refunds will be processed for cancellation requests received after the deadline with the exception of a medical emergency, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Send your refund request by e-mail to info@cxlexpertsmeeting.com
  • Registrations are non-transferable.
  • Credit cannot be given for unused service, unattended events, or early termination of attendance.
  • Please note that all refunds will only be processed after the meeting has taken place.
